Where languages come to play
At The Language Playground, we’ve built a vibrant multilingual community where families learn and grow together. Children develop their speech and language skills through play, storytelling, movement, art, and music. In our Reggio Emilia–inspired learning atelier, kids learn naturally and effortlessly - building connections between sounds, words, and meaning while engaging in fun activities with our language teachers.
Our philosophy behind language development is through immersion - children learn best through play and interaction. Our classes are designed to spark curiosity and creativity, allowing children to absorb language the way they learn best: through fun and meaningful experiences.
We also support parents on their language journey. Alongside our children’s programs, we offer Czech language courses for adults with supervised creative play for their little ones - so parents can focus on learning, knowing their kids are happily and safely engaged next door.

Our Story in Prague
The Language Playground was founded in Prague by two moms who share a love for children and languages. Our goal is simple: we imagine a space where children can sing, move, and discover words in different languages without pressure—just the way they learn best. This is a community space to support our families - their little ones are cared for and engaged, while parents too have opportunities to grow and learn.
Our teachers bring a mix of personalities, cultures and linguistic experiences to create The Language Playground: a welcoming space where children and parents grow together. We invite you to join our vibrant community!
