Payment Methods

Participants can pay for classes, passes, or courses using one of the following methods:

• Online Payment via Wix Payment Gateway – secure card payments processed through Wix. The Center does not store card information.

• Cash – paid directly at the Center during in-person registration.

• Bank Transfer – to account 3479459019/3030 (AirBank). Please include the symbol provided on the invoice. Registration is confirmed only once payment is received.

All payments must be made upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confirmation & Receipts

• Online payments: Wix will automatically send a receipt. The Center will additionally issue an invoice.

• Cash or bank transfers: The Center will issue an invoice after payment is received.

 

Refunds and Rescheduling

• Refunds and rescheduling are handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

• Please refer to the T&C for details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and course-specific policies.

Late or Missing Payments

• If payment is not received by the deadline specified on the invoice, the Center will contact the participant to confirm the payment.

• If payment is not received within 24 hours after the deadline, the booking cannot be guaranteed and the spot may be released to another participant.

Currency & VAT

• All payments are in Czech crowns (CZK).

• Prices do not include VAT, as the Center is not registered for VAT.
