“The Language Playground” refers to the center operated by Barbara Aleksandra Blahák Adamska, IČO 23735601, and premises located at Žitomírská 468/23, 101 00 Praha 10 - Vršovice, Czech Republic.

1. Facilitator Status and Liability Disclaimer

Facilitators are independent contractors, not employees of The Language Playground. The Language Playground provides only the premises and platform for the activities and is not responsible for the facilitators’ actions, omissions, or supervision beyond maintaining reasonable premises and support.

2. Acknowledgment of Supervision

For children aged 3 years old and above (unaccompanied participation):

• A child will participate in classes or supervised play under the supervision of designated facilitators.

• Parents/guardians must leave the premises or remain only in the designated coworking zone.

• Facilitators will provide reasonable supervision but are not responsible for accidents or injuries arising from ordinary risks of play or participation.

• I have provided complete and accurate information about my child’s health, allergies, medical conditions, and special needs, and I accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from failure to disclose this information.

For children aged 0–35 months old (accompanied participation):

• I am required to remain with my child at all times during the class or activity.

• I am fully responsible for supervising my child.

• Facilitators guide and support the session but are not responsible for supervising my child or preventing injury.

• I have provided accurate and complete information about my child’s health, allergies, medical conditions, and special needs, and I accept responsibility for managing any related risks.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in classes or supervised play involves inherent risks, including minor injuries from movement, materials, or interaction with other children. Yoga and dance classes involve physical activity with inherent risks such as minor falls, strains, or reactions to environmental elements. I assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Waiver of Liability

The Language Playground, its staff, facilitators, and owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my or my child’s participation in a class or supervised play, except where required by law.

I release and discharge The Language Playground from all claims, demands, or causes of action related to my or my child’s participation.

 

5. Health & Safety

I have provided The Language Playground with all relevant information about my child’s allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in writing on our first visit. I am fully responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up-to-date. Facilitators may refuse supervision if a child’s needs cannot be safely supported.

6. Consent for Emergency Measures

I authorize facilitators or staff to take any necessary emergency action, including administering first aid or contacting emergency services. The Language Playground and its facilitators are not liable for outcomes of such actions when taken in good faith.

7. Supportive Physical Touch for Safe Practice

Light, supportive touch may be used for grounding or safety only when needed for emotional regulation or protection. It is non-invasive and never used to push, pull, or force a child. I confirm that I have explained to my child that they may decline touch at any time, and the instructor will always respect verbal or non-verbal cues.

8. Use of Natural Oils (Optional for Yoga Only)

Occasionally, natural oils may be used during yoga classes for relaxation or sensory purposes. If my child has allergies, sensitivities, or I object to their use, I will inform the facilitating staff in writing on our first visit.

 

9. Consent for Photos and Videos

Consent for photos and videos is collected separately via the online form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@thelanguageplayground.cz.
